Pain Passion & Peace on CD

Singing has been a passion of mine since I can remember. Whether it is at church, at school or around the house, I am constantly singing. Singing has always brought me much joy. Though, my life hasn't just been a happy song. When I was very young my biological parents divorced and my brother, Tucker, and I remained with our Mom. Through God's plan our mother met the man of her dreams and ours. She married him and he became the leader of our house as well as Tucker and my dad. We moved from our hometown of Jefferson, GA to St. Mary's, GA. Shortly, after our move Tucker became very sick with a rare type of bone cancer, Ewing Sarcoma. We had a lot of support through an amazingly close family and large group of friends. It saddens me to say, that Tucker passed away in May of 2002 at the age of 12. As difficult as it was our family chooses to hold onto the faith in Christ and the hope of seeing Tucker again in heaven. Six months after Tucker's death we moved to Pennsylvania because of dad's job. It was really different and difficult without my brother with me. I was scared at first to start a new school in the middle of the year. As God would have it, I made friends right away and joined the cheerleading squad. My parents and I miss Tucker everyday, but we know God has big plans for our lives because of this experience. We are at peace with this understanding. Two summers ago I went with my youth group on a Life Retreat in Arizona. There, I felt God telling me to use my voice for his ministry. From then until now I have been on a long ride trying to do what God has planned for me. Through a unique set of circumstances, I met my amazing voice teacher, Jeff Feltenberger, . He has been a rock of encouragement to me. We started out with 30 minute voice lessons and now we are writing songs together. We have just released my debut album entitled "Pain, Passion and Peace". It is full of my words and feelings. I am so excited to see what God does with this record. I have enjoyed and loved the whole experience. It is something I will never forget.
