Essential EP on CD

A Taste of the Honeys, DJ Minx and Diviniti, is the meshing of talents and styles to create a type of music with wide reaching appeal. Combining Minx's bold sounds with Diviniti's silky vocals produces a tasty treat indeed. With the release of their explosive collaboration ~ "Essential EP" (Women on Wax), these divas cannot keep up with their exponentially increasing popularity! As a well respected and established producer, remixer, and CEO of Women On Wax Recordings and W.O.W. B.A.M, DJ Minx has had her share of successes in the electronic music industry. Her own productions like "A Walk in the Park" and "Fuzzy Navel", have gained her worldwide recognition and airplay by DJs such as Richie Hawtin and Matthew Dear. In addition, some of the most prestigious remixers in the industry have laid hands on her music including Magda, Pirahnahead, Josh Wink and Ricardo Villalobos. Her two imprints have been praised for presenting some of the best electronic music to hit dance floors in recent years. Diviniti made a big splash in electronic music in 2004, with "Find A Way", and the ripples keep on coming. Her music continues being played by DJs like Louie Vega and Marques Wyatt and her songs have been remixed and edited by top notch producers like DJ Spinna and Danny Krivit. Aside from her vocal talents, Diviniti has co-written each of her releases and songs by Pirahnahead and Carolyn Victorian (POJI, King Street, Whasdat Music). Diviniti has performed live at Detroit's Movement Festival (with a live, 10 piece band) and at the Winter Music Conference in Miami, FL. A live performance from A Taste of the Honeys showcases both Minx's talents on the turntables and Diviniti's velvety vocals. Their act is a smooth and stunning combination of funky and soulful house. The Taste of the Honeys tour is set to kick off at the 2006 Detroit Electronic Music Festival and with other performance dates on the horizon they will soon be sharing with the world their sweet formula for success.
