Born and Raised in Ghana, until Oheneba PK traveled to the United States. He started singing in church at the age of 5 years old. According to his birth raised parents, Oheneba use to play on anything he get his hands on. After he is done eating, he will turn the plate upside down and start playing on it with either his bare hands or a stick. He also performed in churches by acting in plays, stage drama's, reciting poems, taking part in churh Bible quizes, etc. The only thing that would make Oheneba PK stop crying when he was a little child was to have some kind of music going on and you will see a very big smile with dimples on his face. He started going to dancing competitions at the age of six years old. He was always eager to learn something, very determined, persistance and very adventurous. At the age of ten years old, he started to compete in talking-drum-language competitions whereby he represented his school. Both parents of Oheneba PK are musicians as well as his siblings. His grandfather on his mother side was actually a song lecturer and a composer, and on his father side, almost every one of his siblings were in a choir or some form of musical group. Oheneba PK performed in schools during entertainment sessions as well as some programs or concerts in Koforidua. Oheneba PK moved to the United States at the age of 17 years old to pursue his education. Over there, He met a friend who was very much interested in the music career and decided to form a duo band. They performed at different functions in the States including the top well known Ghanaian artists such as Daddy Lumba's Concert, Kojo Antwi's Concert, Organized parties, etc. In 2006, there was another big concert held in Connecticut State for these well known Ghanaian artists; Castro, K. K. Fosu, and Kofi Nti whereby Oheneba PK and K. Nana performed. Oheneba was therefore approached by one Ghanaian Lady who told him somebody out there is ready to help him come out if he had no one at that time managing or producing him. When Oheneba heard the news, he wasn't very much surprised because he has heard it a thousand times but it never happened. Oheneba therefore decided to go solo since his partner moved out of Connecticut to Virginia. Ohenaba was having a hard time to perform at functions in Connecticut because his partner wasn't interested in traveling all the way to Connecticut for such shows. Later on, Oheneba agreed to meet with the person who claimed he was ready to help such a skillful artist. He telephoned Morris Babyface who is one of the best music engineers in Ghana to start recording with him. In order for Morris to come to the States, he asked Oheneba to do what he can do best on the phone and he will decide if it does worth it to travel to the States or not. Oheneba sang and rapped on the phone. Morris therefore decided to travel to the States at his own expense to record Oheneba PK because he believed he was going to work with someone very talented. Oheneba therefore recorded his first Album with the title "Full Stop," under Priddae Productions with the executive producer "Alfred Priddy." Oheneba is managed by Akwasi Wiredu, Adu Gyamfi, Nana Antwi, and Kwasi Brempong. Oheneba has performed at different functions since he went solo. He has severally performed at "Miss Africa-USA pageants, Miss Ghana - USA pageants, Album Released Party, GBA Awards Night Show, and many more. To his credit, Oheneba PK with the first album received the Award for Highlife Artist of the Year 2007 which was given to him by H.E. Obeng Gyan Busia (Ghana Consul General - NY) on behalf of Ghanaian Business Alliance. Oheneba PK will has also performed in different states such as Boston, New York, New Jersey, Virginia and many more. He was also in a concert with some African music geniuses in Massachusetts on the 31st of December 2007 with Roy Kapale (East Africa's King of dance), LA-Unik of South Africa, and Mardder Ranks of Uganda. Oheneba PK have also performed for different Universities in the United States during their African Cultural programs and other programs. He's also available for charity shows or concerts since he loves and enjoy to help the needy.
