Reflections on CD

Nevada has built and maintained a successful singing career, first in Cincinnati, Ohio then in Naples, FL. where she has resided for five years. She has a large and faithful following that truly appreciates the renditions of works from the Great American Song Book and other classics she performs with her lovely, crystal clear voice. While living in Los Angeles, CA, she had the opportunity to sing with the Bob Crosby band. She also did voice over work while living in Canada for radio station CHED in Edmonton, Alberta. Her musicians include those who have traveled with big bands such as Tommy Dorsey and Stan Kenton. Stuart Shelton, the pianist, is totally outstanding on this albumn, and the late James R. Blakemore III, was a great friend and did a marvelous job as the drummer. Jimmy had a long and wonderful career, appeared on \'The Tonight Show\', and accompanied artists such as Vic Damone,Diahann Carroll, Steve Lawrence and Edyie Gorme, the late Rosemary Clooney as well as touring with Buddy Greco and then Jack Jones for more than 30 years. He will surely be missed! This was Jimmy\'s last albumn. Nevada believes strongly in supporting children\'s services, our wounded veterans and fighting animal abuse. She volunteers for The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. She will give ten percent of her CD proceeds to charity.
