Moebius Loop on CD

Two guys from Queens, NY trying to bring the 'well written song' back again. I don't know... something new... good... whatever. Anyway, John Campos, producer of the local artists like Brett Reilly, Jennifer Marks and Django brought us into the studio to do a full length album. I guess the goal was 'screw everybody else, let's do what we want to do, make it sound like a $200,000 album and see where she goes.' We finish it in March 2001 and the story begins. The first track, 'forever and again' will be heard on this years 'the real world'. It's a long haul but someone's got to do it. Rock on. The songs are from the passed two+ years of touring independently. We moved to Rhode Island to get out of the semi-stifling music scene of NY in 1999. We ended up living there -on nothing but music- for ten months. Things got tough. Like on the 5th track on the disc, '(i came here to)rest my head and think, I was sitting in my room in RI... everyone was asleep... I didn't have two dimes to rub together in my hands... you know the story. Except for us it was real. We had just barely paid our rent that month and because of that, couldn't afford to pay our heating bill. Sooo, what happens, the next day they come to shut our heat off. It's Mid-Febuary in Rhode Island. You don't live in a house without heat. It's just... dumb. Anyway, we did it. We took ICE cold showers, walked around with layers of clothing on... and we all got real sick because of it... Anyway, the song comes from that feeling of 'holy shit, what are we going to do next??!!' We lost some freinds to our weird friend death and wrote some stuff about that... The list goes on. Well we are back in NY to do it again. Support your local music scene it's the only thing left rock, dan powers.
