Sing Out Kids Safety on CD

Two-time Juno award nominee, three-time iParenting Award Winner (USA), three-time Parents' Choice Award (USA) Winner, and Dr. Toy, Best Children's Vacation Product Award Winner (USA) Mary Lambert, is a family singer/songwriter/performer who currently resides in Kingston Ontario. Mary Lambert is simply the best new Canadian artist in the family entertainment field and her Juno nominations and seven awards from the United States are a remarkable testimony to her talent and artistry. Her wonderful voice and colourful performances are filled with infectious music, sheer energy and tons of audience participation. In the past ten years, Mary has toured and performed over 2000 shows at schools, music festivals and family focused events throughout Canada. We are pleased to announce the release of her latest CD, "Sing Out Kids' Safety"! 'Sing Out Kids' Safety" is a wonderful recording filled with spirited songs that kids will listen to and sing along with again and again. With original and well-known all-time favourites, families are treated to a real mixture of up beat, action-based, educational songs with wonderful harmonies. Some of the safety themes covered in this disc and live performances include: Kid's exercising; bullying; stranger danger; abuse; fire safety; learning when and how to access 9-1-1; boating, sun and swimming safety; school bus, train track and bicycle safety; farm and Halloween safety; and friendship and tolerance. Throughout her years as a singer/performer, Mary has thoroughly enjoyed bringing the joy of music and creativity to kids of all ages. She is taking her experience as a performer and mother of four, to write songs for families that are fun, uplifting, humorous and interactive. Mary's first solo recording project, "Family Fun", is filled with entirely original works and has met with great success with children and parents everywhere. Her second project "Swinging On a Star" is a learning-based recording where kids learn their provinces, territories and capitals, the difference between their left and right, the history of the RCMP in Canada, and much more. "Sing Out Summer Fun" and "A 'Mary' Christmas" garnered Mary several awards in Canada and the US. "Sing Out Fire Safety" is filled with fantastic original songs to help kids have fun while learning about Fire Safety through music. Mary tours to schools and concert halls across Canada with her Fire Safety Performance, and has the support and commendation of the Fire Marshal of Ontario and Fire Prevention Canada. This has been translated and recorded into French with "Chantons La Prevention" receiving a Summer 2002 Parents' Choice Award from the U.S.A. The Live Concert Music Video with this theme will now allow every child in Canada to experience "Sing Out Fire Safety". Mary is a dazzling and dynamic addition to the Canadian children's music scene, and has had reviews published in Canadian Living Magazine, Today's Parent, Resource Links for Canadian Elementary Schools, and BC Parent, among many other publications. Some of Mary's solo performances include Halifax and Dartmouth - Nova Scotia, Lethbridge, Lacombe & Edmonton -Alberta, The Grand Theatre - Kingston, The Corel Centre - Ottawa, The Keystone Centre - Brandon, Manitoba, The Gravenhurst Opera House, Toronto Winterfest, Nathan Phillips Square - Toronto, "Toonie Tuesdays" - Kitchener, The Perth Fair, Summerfest - Oakville, Mariposa - Muskoka, Deerhurst Resort, telethons, charity events and numerous schools throughout Ontario.
