Back in Time on CD

Marc has been playing guitar in the Baltimore/Washington area on and off for the last 25 years. In 1975 he formed the band Jade that had the honor to perform for the Nobody for President concert at the Sylvan Theater in Washington, DC and played the Counter-Inaugural at the Warner Theater. In 1979, he moved to Florida and formed the band Loaded Roller - a local favorite at many clubs in the Orlando area. In 1985, Marc returned to DC and reformed Loaded Roller with all new musicians. Kyle Hollingsworth from String Cheese Incident was Loaded Roller's original keyboard player. Loaded Roller's rare brand of blues and boogie-woogie earned them a strong following in the local music scene. With the band, Marc opened for Duke Robbillard, Ronnie Earl, Clarence Gatemouth Brown, Saffire & Uppity Blues Women, Assasins, Jerry Portnoy, Rev. Billy Wertz, Rick Derringer and others. Marc's blistering guitar work can be heard on Loaded Roller's release Goin' to Town and Choo Choo Charlie Williams and the Spitfires CD entitled Harpin' My Life Away. Marc has recently completed and released his first solo studio recording called 'Back In Time', which includes 14 of his original songs. Marc's influences include Little Feat, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and Eric Clapton. Back In Time is a collection of Marc's original classic rock tunes although done with acoustic guitars with a full band with a definite rock edge. Some of the songs have a definite southern rock and blues feel.Mac Walter adds some blistering guitar solos on this CD.
