Lifeline was formed in September 2005 in Temperance, Michigan. The members of Lifeline chanced upon each other while surfing the internet looking for other musicians to begin a band with. They started out in a garage, playing long hours in order to perfect their stage show and put some of there own writing into the mix. After months of practicing they hit the bar and club scene with a vengeance, playing night after night to packed venues and generating an army of fans. It was obvious to the members of Lifeline that they needed more, the fans wanted more. After a year of playing in bars and clubs, they needed something to give back to the fans, something that would help the band grow and be able to expand to as many listeners as possible. In January 2007, Lifeline retreated into the studio to begin working on their debut album. After a long and arduous process, they finally produced the album they longed for, something special that was driven by the urge to create unapologetic rock and roll. Lifeline's debut album Shallow Skies is an intricately woven blend of story, melody, and driving rock. With a sound that is reminiscent of some of the great rock bands of our time such as Nickelback, and 3 Doors Down; Lifeline has blended their influences with a touch of their own sound and in the process have created an album full of soaring guitar riffs accompanied by a heart pounding drum and bass section, and powerful vocal melodies that you find yourself signing along with, even though you may have never heard the music before. Currently Lifeline is touring the SE Michigan/NW Ohio area working day in and day out to make a name for themselves. They are marketing thier music, merchandise and themselves to the music industry in search of ligitiment label. Their name, and their music have become synonymous with great rock and roll.
