Lost in This on CD

KHIERSTIN, a 19 year-old former model, fronts the 5-piece band that bears her name. Khierstin has been a singer since the age of 3 & has spent the last 6 years focused on her future career as a singer/songwriter. She is gifted with a 5-octave vocal range & can belt out her songs with feeling & emotion that comes completely from within. Khierstin - Rob Miranda (lead guitar) Chris Hendrich (drums) Erwin Schmidt (bass) - have completed recording their CD at Front Page Studio, with chart-topping producer Michael Eckart (Candyman, Staci Q.) Credit is given to Basil Fung: lead guitar player 'Lost In This' & 'Wicked Game,' Basil is Alanis Morissette's guitar player, 'Jagged Little Pill.' The band has already won fans, based on their frenetic, rock, performances which draw in & from the audience. Quite simply: They Rock! In addition to having a powerful voice & a captivating presence, Khierstin is a strong songwriter with a flair for melody. One of the surprises to land on the CD is Chris Isaak's 'Wicked Game,' which the band toughens up & rocks out. They receive a lot of very enthusiastic comments on it. The band is very tight & they have a lot of fun & high energy on stage. The rest of the CD showcases Khierstin's range as a musician, & the frontwoman's vocal & songwriting diversity, from dance beats of 'About You' to laid back 'Outside.' 'Lost In This' showcases guitar intricacies.
