Socially Unacceptable on CD

Johnny Razor, aka Johnny Reisert, is a songwriter, musician, recording artist, performer and former Nashville recording musician, songwriter, performer, flunky, and promoter. Fronting Johnny Razor and the Blades during the New Wave and Punk revolution of the late 1970\'s and early 1980\'s the Blades signed a recording contract with Dago Grant and were into production of an album when the record company they were signed sold out to a larger company. They were left hanging and began performing on the road and recording their own material. This turned into work with Mansfield, Walker Razor Band, and the highly visible \'Autobahn\'. Becoming tired of the music politics Johnny pursued a new career in professional road racing, like many other artists, Tom Smothers, Sammy Hagar, Paul Newman, James Dean, John Oates, and the late James Dean. Several years ago the music bug bit and Johnny began writing and recording again bringing the midwest rock format to his new music. His goal is to produce music that is raw, rough, spontaneous, and powerful. Avoiding all the slick recording gimmicks and over-production the music is a return to those styles such as Humble Pie, Steve Marriot, Foghat, raw in your face rock. The songs are personal glimpses into the soul and life of a life-long rocker. Based on solid powerful guitar style and heartfelt vocals the tunes are meant to catch your ear and bring back those feelings of love gained and lost, and the baring of the soul. Enjoy and keep the faith! Johnny.
