Almost Naked Truth on CD

Instructions for listening to "Almost Naked Truth" Caution: Joan Caddell's sex-dripped voice leaves almost nothing to the imagination. It is nakedly and honestly clean and sensual. Be warned that will you have almost no other option than to sigh frequently and in a good way. Track 1- Start with "The Almost Naked Truth" with it's colorful piano licks & wild guitar solo and when you get to the bridge line "No one does it quite -as -good- as- you" - you just go ahead and slide all the way up to that orgasmic last note. Ahhh. Now that feels good. Track 2- Memorize those powerful choral harmony parts on this track called "It's Just A Song" and then sing along with them in your car at the top of your lungs, while that subtle but entrancing cello lick is tugging at your heart strings. Careful, the sparse instrumentation combined with that wistful vocal actually hurts your heart, it's that beautiful. Track 3-Just say 5 "Hail Marys" and 5 "Our Fathers" after listening to "Penance" and remember how fun a good guilt can feel, while you strum the crap out of an acoustic Martin. Track 4--Sometimes you actually enjoy sinking into an extended depressing sexual hangover and that's when you're ready for a dose of the vocal/piano driven "Misery". Track 5-While grooving to this light, acoustic charmer called "Romeo & Juliet", you are guaranteed to chuckle and to elbow your remote-hogging significant other, as those nylon-string guitar riffs lift you right up & onto that famous, romantic balcony. Track 6-When you long for rekindled love and hot sensual guitar licks at the same time, that's when you play "I Wanna Be In Love (Again)". Track 7- Who says a Polish/Italian girl from Staten Island can't add middle eastern-ish "Help"-like keyboard parts to an up-tempo tune about "heart-felt" non-verbal communication? Not me! Track 8- You figure out which "Rufus" she's singing about in the first line of this song and you win a prize, but don't stop there or you will miss a kick-ass piano solo that's sure to make you "Cry". Track 9 -Play "Wipe Me Out" after every break up or "almost" break up and you'll feel like you made your ex eat his/her heart out while you act all spunky and cool like you just don't care. This rocker provides the ultimate revenge!!!! Track 10-"Home is when you can ease your mind" and this song takes you there with it's comfortable and easy acoustic guitar/pedal steel groove and those melodic well-placed bass notes accompanying pure, aching vocals.
