Chasing Rainbows on CD

JB Holloway has a style that's refreshingly unique and commercial. Chasing Rainbows is full of hits. Album cuts range from lush Pop Ballads to Rock, Techno, and Dance with richly layered harmonies, electrifying guitar leads, moving orchestral passages, sizzling synthesizers, and heart thumping percussion. This album is sure to please generations to come. Caroline Birman; HitMusic Review Another top JB classic hit Chasing Rainbows has very pleasant sounding harmonic texture. Right up there with one of his best songs, it is certainly a top JB classic hit. The 'in search of life' distant echo (2X) is very effective and the brevity of the piece is uniquely charming. The bridge section is another excellent Hollowesque key modulation that brings all of us to a whole new world. The last forte chord on the piano carries much hope and faith in it's placement. Chalk another one up my friend! It's a keeper! 'Don't Let A Fire Start' is yet again another flawlessly crafted JB Holloway hit. He has repeatedly shown his complete mastery of the perfectly composed Psychedelic Flower-Pop tune! With his easily remembered melodic turns of phrases, and his sudden modulations to distant key changes, JB has somehow been able to spin out a seemingly endless supply of these very 'hooky' classics. Though my favorite is currently 'Me Without You,' this one can stand proudly within his, no doubt, formidably large group of delightfully successful ditties! Each one is a keeper! What Opus number are you now on Maestro? Keep em' comin'! Andrew Clement Pappert; iuma.com Europop Sensation!! David Diggs; Pat Boone Enterprises.
