Jamie has quickly become one of Wisconsin's most in-demand jazz trumpet players. He has worked extensively in South Eastern Wisconsin, as well as frequent stops in Madison, Chicago, and Minneapolis. Jamie has shared the stage with many nationally recognized musicians including: Dan Nimmer, Willie Pickens, Brian Lynch, Pete Zimmer, John Sullivan, Rob Wilkerson, Marvin Stamm, Rick Germanson, Ernie Watts, & Carl Allen, to name a few. Jamie performs regularly in the Milwaukee area with the following groups: The Wisconsin Conservatory of Music Faculty Sextet "We Six", Clamnation, De La Buena, as well as leading his own group, The Jamie Breiwick Quintet Jamie holds a degree in music education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and has been a full time middle school band director for the past five years. In addition to teaching middle school band, Jamie is the adjunct trumpet instructor at Cardinal Stritch University, Alverno College, and at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music.
