With steady record sales, Ice Mone was still hungry ton learn more about the music industry. He moved to Atlanta and quickly built strong relationships with other artists and executives an learned the style of the 'dirty south'. A brotherhood bond resulted. In 2001, Ice Mone joined forces with a Milwaukee based label 'No Salary Cap Records' and was named the Vice President of operations. In 2002, with his third album, 'Cold Blooded,' he collaborated with his newly formed Atlanta brotherhood, The Ying Yang Twins and DJ Smurf. The song, 'Shorty Thick' would evlve into a history making anthem in Milwaukee. He received over 1000 radio spins and was the first independent artist, not signed to a major label to perform at V-100's Jam for Peace, later that year. With the support of the Illinois based Midwest Artist Distribution (M.A.D.), Ice Mone has sold over 10,000 units across both the South and Midwest.
