Our Story: We started as two kids in a basement trying to use our musical talents to make something unique and worth listening to. Today we're still two kids in a basement, but now just a few years older and (hopefully) more musically creative and mature. We are a true example of do-it-yourself musicians. We handmade the albums, we play all the instruments, we designed the artwork, and we recorded, produced and mastered all the songs. We think you'll find the album to be real quality music and we hope you enjoy it. Our Members: Phillip Osterday - Drums, Mandolin, Guitar, other stuff. Dylan Williams - Piano, Organ, Accordion, Violin, other stuff. Leah Deitner - helps out by playing whatever we can't with only two people when we play shows. Our Purpose: We're a band trying to glorify Jesus with music. We want to thank God for what He's given us on this earth. Not only has He given all of us art, music and a world to live in, but in his greatest gift the cross He's given us hope and saved us from our selfish, sinful hearts. Our Influences: Andrew Bird, The Beatles, Beck, Danielson, Danny Elfman, Cool Hand Luke, Ester Drang, Five Iron Frenzy, The Flaming Lips, Gentle Giant, Grandaddy, MuteMath, Of Montreal, Pedro the Lion, Pilotdrift, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Rick Wakeman, Sigur Ros, Starflyer 59, Sufjan Stevens, Twothirtyeight, Unwed Sailor, Waterdeep, Wilco, Yes.
