Puppies of Steel on CD

Boosting out of the deep jungle and onto the international circuit comes Australia's own 'CattleRockSpaceJazz' wild-men, Glory B. Weaving together delicate pianos with melodic lyrical wit, the music is propelled and interlaced with heavy, intricate, honey-dripping groove. From cowgirl rock to creamy space jazz. From tales of Aussie bushrangers to Shameless Asian Love Songs, let the Glory B crew take you on a magic carpet ride and blow your mind!!!! Glory B's debut album, "Puppies of Steel", was produced at the legendary Lot 64 Studios, Goonengerry, Northern NSW by Prawn and Spanner Records King Christian Pyle (DJ Premier, Acre, Ghost Mountain). The Clan: Glory B on Rhodes Piano, Hammond and vocals, Stu B shredding the bass, Guru Phil (Sun Rae Orchestra, Clann Zu') mutilating the kit, Pyle on guitar. Glory B's special guests include Cye Wood on violin, Sal Yates back up-vocals and Scott Tinkler trumpet. Behind the helm of the madness is Bryson Mulholland, a well known composer, performer and outcast. His experience with The Bongo Brothers, a successful children's musical theatre show, has enabled him to bring elements of theatrics and humour to his live shows. Bryson also records and tours extensively with Melbourne based electronic producer, Spoonbill, thus fine tuning Glory B's dance floor sensibility. "I don't wanna join the army; please don't chop off my salami" - Glory B.
