Welcome to My World on CD

My name is Gentry Giles a.k.a. Gentleman G. I was born October 6th 1981 in Corpus Christi, Texas and I have lived here ever since. I've listened to rap on and off my whole life, but I also listen to music like Jimi Hendrix, Pantera, Slayer, The Doors, Nickleback, Staind, Selena, pretty much any genre of music as long as it's good. I started producing my own music about seven or eight years ago with my partner Kody Kurst. We have produced several singles for various artists around the Corpus area, all of which received several spins on our local radio stations. Some of my influences are Z-ro, Xzibit, Tha Liks, Chamillionare, Rage Against the Machine, Geto Boys, and Tech N9ne. I've also opened up for Silkk tha Shocker (No Limit Records), along with several other successful shows. I started working on my solo album about three or four years ago, but got so caught up producing and recording for other artists it took quite a while to finish, but it was well worth the wait. The album contains nineteen songs (not a single skit). Plus a bonus track. It also features several artists such as, Kody Kurst, M.V.P. Mack V., Lyrikal of Wasteland Productions, and Loudmouf, Yung Yo, and Handles of tha Yung Trillz (T.E.A.M. Records). The tracks on the CD are unique and the different styles of the artists compliment the diversity of the music. Basically, my goal with this CD was to showcase my production skills and create an album you can just put in and let it play, and from the feedback I've recieved from all of my fans I truly believe I did just that. Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed producing and recording it.
