Imperfect Art on CD

'Fathers Chief', born April 4th 1972, is from Chester, Pennsylvania. He attended both the Pittsburgh Middle and High Schools for the performing Arts, where he studied Music and Acting. He played characters in 2 Pittsburgh Playhouse productions of 'The Miracle Worker' and 'The Pied Piper of Hamlin'. He also hosted a television show in Pittsburgh called 'Kidsburgh', but he admits his first love was always music. Whenever he had any free time between classes he could be found in one of the music rooms writing tunes with other classmates. He did briefly enter college, but due to financial reasons had to leave. This was not a draw back for him at all. As soon as he was out of school he was hired by Bowzer of 'Sha Na Na' T.V. fame, where he has been ever since. Whenever not singing with Bowzer, he sometimes can be spotted on television shows such as 'Just Shoot Me' or 'Sister, Sister'. Fathers Chief's first CD 'Imperfect Art' will be released early this February (2001). He has successfully blended the sounds of Rock, Pop, and Texas Blues with a soulful sound all his own. 'I wanted this project to be the type of music that anyone could listen to, and relate to it, no matter what background they are from.', he states. Watch out for this artist, he's a force to be reckoned with, and he's taking no prisoners. I expect good things from this artist.
