Come Upon Me on CD

Eddie Pachuau, a Contemporary Christian singer/songwriter currently living in Santa Fe, New Mexico, was born and raised in northeast India. As he grew up, he couldn't wait for the weekend to hang around with his musician friends, who played any music that can be played on Planet Earth! These boys were not just good musicians, but they loved God, and they became pioneers of Christian Contemporary music in their home state of Mizoram, India. Eddie now leads worship in churches in Sante Fe and sings in concerts throught the US. His passion for God is felt all through his songs. In 1998, while Eddie was still living in India, he did a Discipleship Training School (DTS), a program of Youth With A Mission (YWAM) designed to challenge believers to know God and grow into meaningful relationship with Him. He was invited by Karen Lafferty, the pioneer of the School of Music in Missions (SOMM) and the author of 'Seek Ye First The Kingdom of God,' to come to Santa Fe in 2002 to join the SOMM staff. He worked on sound for the school and played on the school band on several tours in the US. He has led worship in several churches in the US, has performed in a global arts gathering in Hollywood CA, and is currently the worship leader in Capital Christian Church in Santa Fe. When asked what he would want to see God do through his ministry, he quoted John Piper, 'I wanna see that this generation arises to it's destiny in God, because we have known his beauty and we'll not trade it for gold'.
