I Will Honor You on CD

Dolly A. Acquah is formally known as Dolly Aforida Doe. She is name after her late beloved ground mother, pastor Dolly Aforida Doe of Bakriville Baptist church. Dolly was born to Rev. Ezekiel James Doe and Evangeline Fatu Doe at Bakriville Maryland County Liberia, West African. There was no surprise that Dolly will become one of the powerful evangelical leaders and the most outstanding international gospel musician in praise and worship of our time. She started showing an amazing singing talents and tremendous interest in loving and serving God at the age of four. She became a victim in the Liberian brutal civil war in 1990, when she visited her father at Broadville Bible College. She and her father were taken captive by the rebel forces and went through unexplained circumstances for weeks, at the age of ten. She was rescued by the African peace keeping forces (ECOWAS) and sent to Ghana. She returned to Monrovia, Liberia in 1997 and continued her education at RC Lawson in Congo town. She worshiped with Refuge Temple Church before she migrated to the United State of America in 2001. She continued working for God until she released this electrifying album in 2009. Not forgetting the mothers, fathers, uncles, aunts, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, sons and daughters she left in the Liberian refugee camp in Ghana (Budumburam). She went back in the year 2004 and evangelized to many. She set the camp on fire; by singing "He is holy", which included this album. Dolly still believes that her work is not completed, until she can raise the funds needed through this music to help many Liberia orphans left by the war and to all children around the word with major economic plague.
