Her dream began with her appearance in various film, television, videos and stage productions, as well as commercials. She has performed as a singer and dancer in Nashville, for Natalie Cole,as a member of the Young Americans, and as Disney animated heroines Ariel, Jasmine, and Pocahontas at Tokyo Disneyland. Upon returning from Japan, Deanna bested all singers to becomethe overall 'winner of the year' in a Los Angeles talent contest. She started gathering new song ideas with other co-writers, which led to her first CD, A Song For Me and You. Her further collaborations as writer and producer with Kurt 'Keys' Fries resulted in her current release, When I Play My Guitar. She continues to perform with Kurt and her band at various venues in Southern California. Deanna brings a fresh, energetic approach to her positive, insightful songs through true stories and personal experiences.
