Pajamaland on CD

David Addison Small is a Boston artist living and working in the South End of the city.He has played all through New England though rarely performing at present....preferring his time spent in the studio both making music and making art.His main influences are late 60's pychedelic bands such as the Airplane and the Jimi Hendrix Experience and of course, the Beatles,Stones and Dylan. His current at-home playlist has'everything from The Arcade Fire to The Left Banke. He is joined on the music by friends including Fritz Erikson;formerly of Future Dads and Gang Green,David Kenney of Ground Zero,Henry Nigro of the Budz and the relentless Skip Fisher on drums. The recording was produced AND engineered by Roger Christie. The recording took place in Harvard,Mass. At Black Cat Crossing Studio The song Pajamaland was written as a deep inner reaction to the Catholic Church scandals that took place in Boston. David's home is right by the cathredral where the people set up protest lines to draw attention to the sexual misconduct of more then a few priests and the way the archdiocese handled it. oorly!!!. And the song is also abit of a ghost story as well. That's David Kenney on bagpipes.
