Broken Blinded Betrayed on CD

Prior to 2006, all had been quiet on the western front of the Los Angeles hardcore scene for the last decade and many believed it may have even fell into extinction. On April 18th No Joke Records will introduce the debut release from East Los Angeles's own Countime that will send tremors through the streets of every major hardcore scene on the globe and put LA back on top where it belongs. Formed in early 2004, Countime began it's inception into the LA hardcore scene by tracking a 4-song demo entitled 'Let the Legacy Begin?'. The recording was so well received that No Joke Records inked them to a deal shortly after performing their first show ever with Hoods and Merauder. Countime continued their invasion on the Southern California hardcore scene by playing shows with hardcore heavyweights such as SWORN ENEMY, FULL BLOWN CHAOS and NORTH SIDE KINGS. Although many hardcore bands in the Southern California region are bred from the parent surroundings of Los Angeles and other cities across the globe, Countime were spawned in the heart of the City of Angels and their music proves it. 'BROKEN, BLINDED, BETRAYED' is the title of their 7-song EP that will see a release date through No Joke Records on March 14th.The band will embark on a full U.S. Tour shortly after it's release. LA hardcore has been resurrected and Countime will lead the way in 2006.
