Waiting for An Angel on CD

!!Stop press!! For the next few weeks starting Thursday 17th October the download album price will be decreased by $1, so go get it and get some great music too. 21 year old singer/songwriter (at the time of recording), Colette Nicholls comes from the UK's midlands area. Born in Birmingham (UK), she was brought up most of her life in Hereford,(UK) as her parents moved there shortly after she was born. Learnt to play guitar at the age of nine and wrote her first song at 16. Her soft young voice belies the maturity of her songwriting. SPLIT ASUNDER, IN MEMORIUM (her 9-11 song, co written among others on the album with her producer John Perkins) and CANDY JONES have all been internet hits on multiple music sites and have received airplay on BBC and commercial radio in the UK. REVIEW 'This ten track CD highlights the enormous songwriting talents of Colette Nicholls and John Perkins. Every song has it's own story, style and unique identity and yet the album retains a cohesion through the fresh, soft voiced delivery of Colette, alongside the distinctive and accomplished musicianship of her producer John Perkins. From the rocky 'Get Up Off Yer Ass' to the childlike innocence and fear of the title track 'Waiting For An Angel,' or the acoustic 'In Memorium' to the indie Rock of the opening track, she delivers the songs in a style unmistakeably her own.' - writes Ken Hartland, Reviewer and contributor to ISA Magazine (International Songwriters Association).
