Nate's musical experience is extensive and spans the 1968-2006 time period. Christmas with Nate Bray is a powerful 11 song Collection of the worlds best loved holiday songs.The one song that stands out above the rest is the 1967 hit Jolly Jingle Bell written by the living legend Eddie Weldon,(The Panting Panther) Mr Dj USA 1963, The Voice Of North America,and The Duncan Sisters.Mr.Weldon'show As I Ear It,on Cox 23 cable network every Monday at 7:30 pm prime time on Mondays will feature Nate Bray,Twins T'asha & Asia Bray,Pookie Henderson (co writer of Old Man on the Road)and Mr.Weldon on a Christmas Extravaganza,but because of station programming this special Christmas show will air on December 18 and January 8.Jolly Jingle Bell has been arranged by Nate Bray into 2 new versions (1)Country which has already been picked by veteran radio broadcast Icon Jeff Jackson,WAMI,ABC Radio,Opp Alabama as his Pick Hit for the season,and(2)Jazz version which features on the sax Ritchie Love who is the youngest son of the late orchestra leader,and saxophone giant Preston Love.Nate's dynamic singing twin daughters do a wonderful job on both versions.Eddie Weldon is an active participant (Though not singing)on the production of this wonderful compilation album even helping to design the CD cover.The album features veteran musicians Gayland Prince on drums,Spike Nelson on jazz guitar,Dan White on country guitar,Mark Nelson on keyboards.Featured vocalist are Nate's sisters Beverly Thompson,and Jimery Stewart.Featured on Carol of the Bells is newcomer Angela Wraggs,and narration on Silent Night is Pastor Edna Perkins.On the show Mr.Weldon will narrate the Jolly Jingle Bell story,an original one that he also created himself which has never been broadcasted,and a possible call in from world famous manager/agent for Eddie Weldon,Peter Taub who discovered Englebert Humperdink with Gordon Mills.The original artwork of Jolly Jingle Bell was created in 1967 by Betty Pennell of St. Louis Mo.now Betty Pennell-Weldon who graciously provided the original Jolly Jingle Bell logo and artwork as well as advice.
