Consumption EP on CD

Burden of Proof is a four piece progressive, indie rock band based out of Los Angeles, California. The band formed in 2001 in Kalamazoo, Michigan and relocated to LA in 2003. They perform at countless venues throughout the US, including LA, such as The House of Blues, The Viper Room, and The Derby. They have shared the stage with such acts as Bliss 66, The Healing Sixes (featuring John Bonham's son), and Slow Car Crash to name a few. This group, with their unique vocal harmonies and catalog of over fifty original songs, has full intentions of recreating a local and national scene that puts integrity back in rock music. These young musicians are producing a mature sound that turns the heads of everyone they stand before. Their sound is described as bipolar rock with fast to slow and loud to quiet progressions that are dynamic and emotional. While listening to this band one can definitely tell they are creating a sound all their own. Neil Gall fronts the band on vocals and guitar, Chris Theil plays lead guitar and sings back-up, Dan Cascio plays bass, and Nathan Gall (Neil's identical twin) plays drums and sings back-up. The band has recorded two LP's and two EP's in the past five years including Verge Of Sanity LP (2001), American Eyes EP (2003), and Consumption EP (2005). The band is excited and proud to release their latest LP, Moonstruck (2007). The record is sure to impress and gain a loyal following that will overcrowd any venue.
