Same Breath Different Air on CD

Bill Dowe is a Singer, Songwriter based out of Winston Salem, N. C. since 1969. He's been playing music since he was 10 years old. "I started on guitar right after watching the Beatles first performance on the Ed Sullivan show in Brooklyn N. Y. circa 1964" That is when I decided what I wanted to do with my life. I wanted to write and perform and make the ladies scream with enthusiasm just like the lads from Liverpool did. I've played locally for numerous bands in and around the Triad area and started writing music after a 30 day stay in Nashville, TN. Nashville taught me that you couldn't come there sounding like Willie or Waylon and expect to make a living. A Producer who I met in a local pub told me to go home and write some new songs about the same old subjects, wife leaving, dog dying and losing your job, ect. I did this and over the years I have penned close to 60 songs. They're all me! I want to share some of these tunes with you. I guarantee you'll love the CD. I've let numerous local musicians hear it and I've had nothing but positive feedback. More CD's will be coming soon with an eclectic reach to all. These Ballads were supposed to be sung by a good friend of mine, Tim Lynch. Tim was involved in a fatal car crash on the 27th of December. He was a brilliant Harmonica player and Vocalist and he died too soon. This CD is dedicated to the memory of a good friend and Musician, Timothy Gray Lynch. Rest in Peace....Bud! Keep checking in. More Music to come..............bill.
