Thought in Movement on CD

With humble awareness for how creativity manifests itself as itself, we present to you: Thought in Movement. The making of the music on this CD grew along with our relationship until, one day, all the talent, passion and love we share for each other and our hobbies converged into musical form. There was nothing else we could do but produce a CD! We are thankful to our families and friends for their continuous energetic support of our efforts.... Please accept an invitation to spend some time in the world of MEDITRONICA, a new genre of music that fuses meditation music, ambient soundscapes, electronica, world grooves and down-tempo beats into a funky brew. Whether you choose to enjoy Thought in Movement while sipping a martini, flowing through an energetic yoga practice or while melting into your own personal meditative zone, know the energy you sense is purposeful, loving, real. Belmar Sol is a husband-wife-son team. Music has always been a passion of Larry's. Larry has been djing since 1988 and has been making beats and producing original electronic and hip hop music since 1992. Larry is an aspiring yoga student, recently joining G at classes, learning from podcasts and "practicing" at home in the living room. G began teaching yoga in 2004 and subsequently encouraged Larry to create yoga-like-beats for her classes. After some arm-twisting, nagging and a relaxing hiking trip in up-state-New York, we eventually had enough tracks to consider turning them into an album. With G assigning herself as chief editor and creative director, many a "discussion" was had as to how the tracks should sound, flow and feel. In the end, marital bliss prevailed, and one long New Years Eve road trip in the car served to solidify edits and choices, and that even after that many hours of listening to our own CD, we still actually liked it. G enjoys learning and practicing yoga from many different yoga philosophies and teachers. She also trains in classical Pilates and has her RYT 500 certification. A small yoga nook in their new New Jersey home will serve as the test bed for their second CD.
